- Compras Peru payment Policy
No goods will
be shipped until all payment has been cleared. This applies
to all payment methods unless prior arrangements have been made with the
Compras Peru Sales Team.
- Couriers
National and International shipping is using following
couriers (customers should select the type of shipment) :
- The maximum weight for each order is 20 Kg including tare (70
g.) Orders over 20 Kg. should be placed simultaneously, in units of less
than 20 kg. Or, please contact us to establish an alternative method of
shipment.
- For all Express shipments, Serpost del Perú (option EMS)
, customer can track the parcel at courier website.
- Regular Mail is only available with courier Serpost del Peru. This
shipment has not tracking and we only can accepts complaints about
it 45 working days after delivery date.
- For your security, you always must open the package with carrier presence and writting all mistakes that you find it.
- Limitation of Liability
- Compras Peru takes no
responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit
with couriers. Liability for delivery dates is the sole responsibility of the
courier and your local courier.
- Compras Peru May change without notice courier pricing to come into line with any price increase courier
may inform us.
- Customers are responsible to inquire about prohibited products
on their countries. If order is rejected on custom because the product
ordered has rectrictions, Compras Peru not refund order amount.
- Customs
Customs declaration and all the documents related
to the shipping are included. However it is possible that some countries
require additional information from the client or tax payments at customs
in order to clear the shipment. In these cases it is the customer's full
responsibility to provide any documentation or payment at customs. In all
cases, shipping costs are not refundable.
